Is your email caught in the SPAM filter?
If you don't have the outlook plugin, please login to your personal Mimecast portal:
To log in:
Navigate to the following URL: https://login.mimecast.com
Enter your Symphony Email Address in the logon screen.
Click on the Next button.
You will then be taken to the San Francisco Symphony’s single sign on page, please use your email address and network password to login here:
Enter your NETWORK password and click “Sign in”:
Here you will find all of your email, including Blocked, Permitted, Auto Permitted and Trusted: (click on the ellipse “…” if you don’t see the Blocked menu.
To Block a sender, simply click on the email and choose “Block Sender” or “Block Domain” (this will block all mail from that organization) from the drop down menu above the email:
(We are going to be rolling out an additional tool that will allow you to do this from within Outlook in the coming weeks.)
